Self-collection
For those who opt for self collection at Elite cube Serusop or Faza Cube Shop 2 Menglait, you will be able to collect your order after 1 to 7 days after placing your order. Wait time depends on queue and our schedule going to the cube.

A pick up number will be provided once it is ready for collection. We will send you an email once it is ready.
1. Faza Cube Shop 2 Pick Up is located at:
C40, Block C
Ground Floor, Gadong central Building,
Menglait,
Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei.
2. Elite Cube is located at:
Unit B6, Block B
Ground Floor, Pg Hj Tajuddin Complex,
Simpang 82, Serusop
Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei.
How?
- During checkout process, select “Collection at Faza cube, Menglait” or "Collection at Elite Cube, Serusop" from delivery option to do the pickup.
- A notification email/text will be sent when your items are ready for collection.
- Opening hours for Faza cube: Monday to Sunday 10AM to 6PM (except Friday, 10AM-11:30AM & 2PM-6PM)
- Opening hours for Elite cube: Monday to Sunday 9AM - 9PM (except Friday, closed at 12PM-2PM)
